WHAT I DO

I'm a Holistic Analyst & Practitioner

I work based on brain health principles.

For your brain — and your life — to actually work, four things need to be in balance:

01

Physical

the body

02

Psychological

the mind

03

Social

the people around you

04

Spiritual

your purpose

Most people get help with one and wonder why the rest doesn't feel better.

Take chronic sleep issues since childhood. It's almost never just physical. There's usually an underlying psychological layer, a social one, sometimes a spiritual one too. One tablet won't fix it — the root sits across all four.

I find the root. I give you the path out.

I call my method

No Brainer

HOW IT WORKS

Two ways to work together.

Focused Session

FOR ONE SPECIFIC QUESTION

For when you have one specific question. We talk it through, and a few days later you get a focused written recommendation — what I see, what to try, how to use it.

45–60 MINUTES

+ FOCUSED WRITTEN RECOMMENDATION

Deep Dive

WHEN IT’S ALL CONNECTED

For when more than one thing is going on — or you sense everything is connected but can’t see how. We go across all of it: body, mind, relationships, life.

60–90 MINUTES

+ FULL PATTERN REPORT
+ OPTIONAL INTEGRATION CALL

01

FIRST

We talk

45 to 90 minutes, depending on how much is going on. No forms to fill first — we just get into it.

02

5–7 DAYS LATER

Your Report

Your personal roadmap. A detailed written report of what I see across each area of your life, where the patterns connect, and specifically what to do about it — herbs, frameworks, next steps.

Nothing generic. Built for you.

03

OPTIONAL

Integration

If you’d like to walk through the report together, we can talk it through — so nothing sits on the page unread.

WHO AM I

WHO I AM FOR — AND WHO I'M NOT

If you're looking for a doctor — that's not me.
If you're looking for a healer — I can't help you.
If you're looking for a coach — I'm sorry, I'm not for you.

But if you're looking for someone to see you as a whole. Someone who can see your patterns, understand them, and give you a personalized plan to understand yourself and find a way out

— I'm what you've been missing.

About

Hi, I'm Julia.
Nice to meet you.

What I do is mostly intuitive. I've learned a lot of tools over the years — I learned to understand myself and others — but the core of what I do has just sharpened with time. I recognize patterns. I see the underlying connection most people miss. And I share with you a way out — a path to understand what's happening, what to change, and how.

From very young, I refused to change myself. My mom called me her little alien and was proud of me for being different. Looking back, that formed me. I didn't bend to authorities — school principals, anyone in a position of power — just because I was supposed to. When I saw people abuse their power, I didn't look away or obey. I spoke up. I stepped in.

At seven, I watched a film. For most kids it was just a children's movie. For me, it was a line: "Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the assessment that something else is more important than fear." Twenty years later I learned the line was from Franklin Roosevelt. By then I'd been living by it for two decades.

I've lived through a lot. A health condition no one could name for years. Abuse. A point where I didn't want to be here anymore. Every time, the same thing carried me through — seeing the pattern underneath, understanding what was actually happening, and choosing myself again.

My memory holds onto everything — books, conversations, things I've watched people do. I became the encyclopedia. Friends, family, coworkers all came to me with everything: health, relationships, careers, what's wrong with their body, why they can't leave the man who hurts them, why nothing they try is moving. I'm not one thing. I work with herbs, NLP, neuroscience, traditional medicine, biochemistry, and my own lived experience. I use whatever the person in front of me actually needs. The certifications are catching up with the work.

For nearly a decade I ran my own operating system inside corporate. By 28 I was leading e-commerce for 13 countries at a construction company. I built things, automated my own roles out of existence, and helped people define jobs that actually fit them.

But it was never just work. A girl once fell on my neck in the street: "It's you, you changed my life." I couldn't place her at first. Then I remembered — two years earlier, in a festival bathroom, I'd given her a herbal recommendation for her cramps. Sometimes it's that simple. One sentence in the right moment.

Sometimes it's much more. Chronic sleep issues since childhood with a stack of other symptoms? That's where the root usually crosses three layers — psychological, physical, social — and all three have to be addressed for any of it to move. I use brain health principles to find the root and build the path out. Sometimes it takes one session. Sometimes it takes real reprogramming — months of rewiring how someone relates to their body, their people, themselves. I've done both. I've done both for myself.

I call my method No Brainer because that's what the work actually is — once you see your patterns, the way out is obvious. And because everything I do is grounded in brain health: physical, psychological, social, spiritual. Four pillars, one system.

When you get the right tools and you understand why, you're unstoppable. It means you decide.
